Not established
Insufficient evidence does not imply neutrality.
How to read this. We assign a position only when identifiable statements, documents or actions provide sufficient evidence. An undocumented position does not imply neutrality or opposition: it is marked “Not established.” Evidence strength is assessed separately for each axis. It indicates how firmly the sources support the attribution, not whether the position is correct. When evidence comes from a company or institution rather than a personal statement, we identify that in the sources and do not automatically attribute it to the individual. Information reviewed through September 24, 2026. Positions may change.
